LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
All participants will complete a self-assessment, which will act as a guide throughout the cohort sessions and 1:1 coaching.
Participants will attend 8 sessions with a cohort of their peers. All sessions are structured to build on top of the previous week.
Example topics include: Upward and downward engagement, intentional collaboration, navigating tough conversations
Post-group learning, individuals will transition to 1:1 sessions with their On-Deck leader.
These sessions are designed to incorporate gaps they want to work on, as well as feedback on areas to strengthen from their direct manager.
Individuals will receive a Go-Forward Development plan at the end of the program. The goal from this plan is to align on next steps needed to keep their development progressing with their manager and HR.
